This morning at the gym, I managed 20 lengths for the first time.
I still stop between lengths, but for not as long, and my swimming style still doesn't bear close inspection. The main thing is that I am doing it.
A gold medal for effort, I reckon!

well done you - swimming is great! my chiro told me the best exercise for me (bad back) is swimming ... it's great for all round core strength too i think ...
